Celebrating youth and the beauty of aging, S’habiller Avec Amour – To Dress with Love is an evening of true inspiration presented by portrait artist and photographer Shelly Mosman along with a team of creatives for Fashion Week MN.

The runway show features local clothing designers Shenandoah Bauer and Carter Averbeck of Omforme Design, milliner Celina Kane, and with jewelry designers Olivia ScharesStephanie Lake Design and Jennifer Merchant Design. S’habiller Avec Amour incorporates pieces from vintage and resale boutiques the Golden Pearl VintageMy Sister’s Closet and GH2 curated together to create this Gucci-inspired runway.

Mosman and her team have assembled a visual production including hair & makeup styling provided by HAUS Salon, production Niya DeLaPena, style builder Kimberly Steward, music designer Daron Walker and baroque opera singer Sarah Jackson in correlation with lighting designer Paul “Arlo” Guthrie. Enjoy complimentary cocktails crafted by Crooked Water Spirits and small bites from Fabulous Catering.

American Craft Council Holiday Craft Hop

The American Craft Council is pleased to invite you to our 2017 Holiday Craft Hop. RSP Architects will open their historic space in the Grain Belt Brew House to host this massive holiday craft sale.

Shop more than 60 local makers of handmade textiles, wood, pottery, jewelry, and more. You'll also find artisan foods, an activity by the Somali Museum of Minnesota, and a pop-up shop by Tandem Vintage. Plus, watch a live pottery-throwing demo by Cherrico Pottery and have your tintype portrait created by Zoey Melf.

 Milliner Celina Kane, founder of HAT MAKE, is hosting the second annual BESPEAK, a Made-to-Measure pre-holiday sale with a focus on made-to-measure goods by a dozen local women artists and makers.   The event will be held on Sunday, November 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Woman’s Club of Minneapolis located at 410 Oak Grove Street.   BESPEAK is free and open to the public.  The vendors include designers of bespoke women’s apparel, hats, leather goods, shoes, handbags, jewelry, paper, apothecary, chocolate and home accessories.  BESPEAK is dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs and building a stronger city by bringing together diverse female artists and connecting with the community. This brand re-launch party hosted by Minneapolis-based hat line Hat Make showcases a combination of couture and ready-to-wear hats by designer-milliner Celina Kane. She will be taking orders for her FW17 “We Are Golden” collection and pre-releasing her SS18 collection under new label, Celina Kane.  In addition to presenting her hats as sculptural pieces, Celina will be displaying images from the “We Are Golden” lookbook.
